Cancellation Policy — Classes

Due to limited availability, all bookings are considered final.

No refunds will be issued. However, rescheduling options are available according to the following deadlines:

• For any request made 7 days or more before the class, a full credit will be issued, valid for a future booking.

• For any request made between 3 and 6 days before the class, a credit equivalent to 50% of the amount will be offered.

• For any request made less than 48 hours before the class, or in case of absence, no credit or rescheduling will be granted.

Bookings are non-transferable, except upon prior request and approval.

In the event that a workshop is canceled or postponed, a full credit or refund will be offered.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, due to the limited number of spots and the necessary preparation for each workshop, we are unfortunately unable to offer accommodations for absences.
