Refund policy

REFUND

No refunds for the following products:

• All ceramic tableware
• Earrings
• Care product, including cream, deodorant, etc.
• Custom order
• Item purchased on promotion
• Any other item with traces of use

For refunds on other items not listed above, in-person returns are accepted and mailed returns are at the buyer's expense. No shipping costs are refunded at any time, so it will be deducted.

In case of dissatisfaction with an item received from the list above, please contact us as soon as possible for possible issuance of a gift card for the purchase value, if applicable.

  

EXCHANGE 

For any request for exchange of an item, Maison Stoï accepts deadlines of 30 days upon receiving it.

If a ceramic piece breaks within 30 days of purchase due to normal use of the item, the item may be exchanged with invoice or order number, as applicable.

After 30 days, no exchanges will be accepted. There is no warranty for tableware when used, mishandled, poorly maintained, hazards of life, guests, cats, dogs, etc. 

Our items are made by hand. Despite the many years of experience of ceramists and the desire to offer quality items, in rare cases there may be imperfections. We consider that if there is a weakness of some sort, a breakage will appear within a maximum of 30 days under normal use.
